TIPS

Photos should include you smiling into the camera or “in action” in your training area/classroom/etc.

Selfies are GREAT, but try to avoid a headshot where you’re in front of a blank wall or cluttered background.

If it’s a photo you would post to your Instagram, we’re interested. We can’t wait to see JC from your perspective.

TIPS

Videos can include short TikTok/Reels or longer videos for YouTube. Check out some examples below for inspiration.

Your videos can be about the recruitment process, campus life, your training area, favorite moments of Job Corps or post-grad life.

If recording a video that showcases your training skills or a longer video for YouTube, turn the camera sideways (landscape) to capture everything.

TIPS

Please share four to eight videos. The first video should be a quick intro with your name, training area and the Job Corps center you attend.

Topics can include your morning and evening routines, classes/hands-on training, campus life—whatever you want to share.

The more, the merrier. Invite your friends to participate.

These will be pre-recorded and will be posted by the Job Corps social media team.
